REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in AIDS Walk San Joaquin. We urge you to take this important step in the fight against AIDS by registering for the AIDS Walk. The funds you raise will go toward providing direct services to thousands of men, women, and children living with HIV/AIDS in the San Joaquin area.

You may register as an individual walker, or as part of a team of walkers. There is no fee to register, but we encourage everyone to raise funds. Any amount you raise is greatly needed and appreciated.

Fundraising incentives:

•  $50 = receive a T-Shirt
• $250 = receive a Polo Shirt
• $500 = receive a Sweatshirt

Once you register, you will receive all of the appropriate AIDS Walk materials electronically. In addition, you will be able to create your username and password for your personal fundraising Web page. Please click on the appropriate link to register now!

INDIVIDUAL WALKER REGISTRATION

Choose this option if you are not on a team.

The deadline to register a team for AIDS Walk San Joaquin 2012 is May 11th at 5:00 PM. Feel free to join an existing teams or form an unofficial team by registering as individuals and walking together! Thank you for your support.
